All visitors, including patrons using a wheelchair, will enter the Pierre Boulez Saal through the main entrance. Tickets will be checked at the hall doors.
In order to allow for easy access, we kindly ask that you inform us of your requirements when booking your tickets. Restrooms for visitors with disabilities are located in the basement and on the balcony level and are accessible by elevator.
Four parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available on the street Hinter der Katholischen Kirche.
If you see the message “A limited number of tickets may become available at a later date” on one of our event pages, it is likely that additional tickets that have previously been held will go on sale. The 21st of the month before an event is a good time to check either in our online shop or at the call center. In addition, there is often a good chance that tickets may become available within the last three days before a concert.
Please be aware that for some concerts there may be no late ticket releases.
Holders of a Berechtigungsnachweis may purchase tickets for €3 at the box office 30 minutes before the start of a concert, subject to availability. Discounted tickets are non-transferable. Please present photo ID at the door.
